Amaranth Breakfast Porridge | Heidi Lescanec ND

  • 1 Cup Amaranth
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon or Cardamom
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the amaranth is chewy, but not gummy.
  2. Add spices and milk to taste and texture you like.
