dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan MACAROONS

Ingredients

1⁄2Cupagave syrup
2Cupalmonds (grind in a blender to fine powder)
1Cupcoconut flakes (unsweetened)
 Dashpink himalayan sea salt
1⁄2Teaspoonvanilla

Instructions

  •  
    Warm agave in a medium size pot. 

  • Add vanilla, ground almonds, coconut, sea salt , stir well.

Add optional ingredients:

  • 2 TBSP gogi berries and 1 Tbsp shatavari powder (aruvedic herb-- great for women's health and hormone balancing traditional organics makes a powdered form) 
  • or  2 TBSP cocoa nibs and 2 TBSP black chia seeds, and 1 TBSP   slippery elm powder (demulcent herb that helps soothe  and support the lining of the GI tract)
