This is the second in a series of 3 workshops HEALTH CHOICES FOR the NEW YEAR 2012 that Dr. Heidi Lescanec is offering with the YMCA starting in January 2012.
They can be taken individually, or as a 3 part sequence, once a month for Jan Feb and March- a great way to get motivation and inspiration to start 2012 with healthy tools to put your New Years Resolutions into practice!
