Achieving a sustainable weight involves more than the calories you eat and how much you exercise.

  • Learn about the important foundational role of hormone balance plays to meeting consistent weight goals. 
  • Examine whole foods nutrition, optimal digestion and dig deeper into the mind /body connection.
  • Discover how to work with your individual constitution and unearth the potential obstacles in the way of sustaining healthy body weight. 

Beat the February blues with some positive self-care tools that can bring you back to body balance 

This is the second  in a  series of 3 workshops HEALTH CHOICES FOR the NEW YEAR 2012 that Dr. Heidi Lescanec is offering  with the YMCA starting in January 2012.
They  can be taken individually, or as a  3 part sequence, once a month for Jan Feb and March- a great way to get motivation and inspiration to start 2012 with healthy tools to put your New Years Resolutions into practice!
