Amaranth Breakfast Porridge

Amaranth Breakfast Porridge Recipe.
Ingredients
1 Cup Amaranth
3 Cups Water
1 Pinch Cinnamon or Cardamom
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
Instructions
Cook for 15-20 minutes until the amaranth is chewy, but not gummy.
Add spices and milk to taste and texture you like.
You now have lots of options to spice things up with flavor, texture and nutrition!
